Sydney Hufnagle was awarded the Royal Credit Union Female Falcon of the Week for the week of Aug. 30-Sept. 5 after earning medalist honors Sept. 4-5 at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh Titan Fall Classic in Oshkosh, Wis.

Hufnagle also received WIAC Women's Golfer of the Week laurels. She won the Titan Fall Classic with a two round score of 81-77--158 (+12). As a team, the Falcons finished fifth of 15 teams during the season opening tournament. Both of Hufnagle's rounds were career lows while she tallied 17 pars and four birdies. She also became the second UWRF women's golfer in program history to receive the WIAC weekly award, and the first since 2003.
