If you have any compliments, suggestions, information or concerns about the UWRF Athletic Department, please let us know using the following process.

Suggestions
We value and appreciate any compliments, suggestions, information and/or concerns that you can provide about the Athletic Department and its staff. Please follow the appropriate steps below to assist us as we work to serve the university and its students well.

Compliments, Suggestions, or Information
If you have compliments, suggestions or information that you would like to share about any of the staff reporting to the Athletic Director (e.g. coaches, administrative staff, athletic training staff, strength and conditioning staff), please provide the following details:

 
  • Name or description of the person(s)
  • Date
  • Location, if applicable
  • Your contact information (this is optional): name, email and phone
  • A complete description of the compliment, suggestion and/or information that you would like to share.

To submit this in a non-confidential manner, please email the information to the Athletic Director. To submit this confidentially, please mail the information without any identifying information to Athletic Director, UW-River Falls Athletics, Falcon Center B101, 410 S. 3rd St., River Falls, WI 54022 (you are welcome to use campus mail where practical).

If you have compliments, suggestions or information that you would like to share about the Athletic Director, please provide the information above and for non-confidential sharing, email the information to the Chancellor. For confidential information, please mail the information without any identifying information to the Chancellor's Office, UW-River Falls, 116 North Hall, 410 S. 3rd St., River Falls, WI 54022.

Concerns or Compliants
We endeavor to provide excellent service. However, if you have concerns or compliants about any of the services provided by areas reporting to the Athletic Director (e.g. varsity sports, NCAA compliance, sports information, athletic training, strength and conditioning), please take the following steps to resolve the issue:

 
  1. Discuss the issue with the individual involved. If a satisfactory outcome does not occur, proceed to step 2.
  2. Discuss the issue with the Athletic Director. You will need to schedule a meeting by calling (715) 425-3900. If a satisfactory outsome does not occur, proceed to step 3.
  3. Discuss the issue with the Chancellor. You will need to schedule a meeting by calling (715) 425-3201. If a satisfactory outcome does not occur, proceed to step 4.
  4. File a formal complaint following the directions here.
