UW-River Falls senior point guard Bryce Phillips (St. Paul, Minn.) led the Falcons' men's basketball team to a pair of wins on the week, defeating Augsburg University and Hamline University. Through two games, Phillips set up the offense with 22 assists while adding nine points and 13 rebounds. Versus Augsburg on Thursday, Dec. 16, Phillips broke a UWRF single-game record with 18 assists. The previous most by a Falcons was 15, set in 1989.
