Junior guard Cassie Heinrichs (Sleepy Eye, Minn.) led the UW-River Falls women's basketball team to a 79-68 win over Bethany Lutheran College on Tuesday, Dec. 14, scoring a career-high 20 points off 6-of-12 shooting from the field and 4-of-8 mark from three-point range, along with a perfect 4-of-4 output from the free throw line. Bethany Lutheran earned votes in the most recent D3hoops.com Top 25 poll and previously defeated No. 17 UW-Oshkosh and No. 3 UW-Eau Claire.
