Falcon freshman center Rodrick Payne (Cottage Grove, Minn.) guided UWRF men's basketball to a 1-1 week, defeating UW-Eau Claire on Wednesday before recording a career-best game at No. 5-ranked UW-Oshkosh. Payne shot 20-of-31 from the field and collected 13 rebounds, averaging 23.5 points per game. He led UWRF with 20 points against the Blugolds and then scored a career-high 27 points against the Titans.
