Falcon freshman Annika Gunderson of the UWRF women's track & field team won the pole vault and broke a UWRF indoor record with a mark of 3.68 meters at the UW-Superior Twin Ports Open on Saturday, Jan. 21. UWRF’s Riley Claude previously held the record at 3.67 meters, set in 2015. Gunderson’s 3.68-meter pole vault is tied for seventh on the national performance list.
