UW-River Falls Senior track athlete David Paynotta has been selected as Royal Credit Union Athlete of the week.Paynotta took first in the 100-meter dash with a time of 10.89 at the Hamline University Invitational. Paynotta also took third in the 200-meter dash with a time of 22.12.  Paynotta ranks first in the WIAC in the 100-meter dash and second in the 200-meter dash.
