DULUTH, Minn. (uwrfsports.com) - The UW-River Falls soccer team beat the St. Scholastica Saints 4-0 this Wednesday in Duluth, Minnesota at Saints Field. With the win the Falcons maintained ownership of the Chalice Trophy. The Chalice is a traveling trophy that is awarded to the winner of the St. Scholastica/UWRF yearly match. The two teams started playing for the Chalice Trophy in 2009 and since its induction the Falcons have taken it home five times with wins in 2010, 2012, 2014, 2015, and 2016.
