River Falls, WI (uwrfsports.com) – The UW-River Falls women's basketball team led start to finish in a nonconference 66-40 win against Northland College Friday evening at Page Arena.

WHAT HAPPENED
- Brynn Liljander started the game with a three pointer and the Falcons never looked back leading start to finish against the Jills.
- Liljander connected on three more shots from beyond the arc and finished the first quarter 4-4 on three point shots
- In the second quarter, the Falcons had a 15-6 run.
- At the half, the Falcons led 38-20 on 15-28 shooting (53.6 percent). Brynn Liljander had 14 points.
- The Jills started the second half with a seven point run before the Falcons finished the quarter on a 13-1 run.
- The Falcons went into the fourth quarter with a 21 point lead and extended that to as high as 29 points.
- In the second half, the bench combined for 24 of the 26 points the Falcons scored. Crystal Pearson had eight points.

- Brynn Liljander connected on four three-point shots to have a team high 14 points. She was 4-6 beyond the arc and 5-8 from the floor.
- Crystal Pearson came off the bench and scored 10 on the night for UWRF. She was 3-4 from the floor, 4-4 from the line and also had four rebounds.
- Taylor Karge had eight points on 4-7 shooting from the floor. She also had two rebounds.

- Katherine Taylor was the leading scorer for the Lumber Jills. She connected for 17 points off the bench on 6-12 shooting from the floor.
- Emily Wagner had seven points on 2-7 shooting. She was 3-4 from the line.
- Autumn Ninke collected a game high six rebounds.
- The Jills shot 13-43 (30.2 percent) from the floor and connected on five threes and 9-11 (81.8 percent) from the charity stripe.
