RIVER FALLS, Wis. (uwrfsports.com) – The UW-River Falls women's volleyball team struggled offensively as they fell to WIAC foe UW-La Crosse in three sets (17-25, 14-25, 15-25) Wednesday night at Page Arena.

HOW IT HAPPENED AGAINST UW-LA CROSSE
- The Falcons struggled offensively getting only 16 kills in three sets and had a team hitting percentage of -.030.
- Dakotah Poitra and Karli Nielsen each had four kills. Nielsen hit a team high .333 (4-2-6).
- Defensively the Falcons had a better showing putting up 10 block assists and one block solo.
- Amara Meyer had four blocks and Hannah Striggow had three block assists.
- Hannah Robb had 12 digs.
THE OPPOSITION
- The Eagles hit .295 as a team (35-12-78).
- Stephanie Henk led the Eagles offensively hitting .500 and having a match high ten kills.
- Henk also carried the Eagles defensively with ten digs.
LOOKING AHEAD
- The Falcons now 14-6 on the season host UW-Whitewater Saturday at noon.
