EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (uwrfsports.com) – The Falcon women's soccer team traveled to UW-Eau Claire Wednesday afternoon for a WIAC matchup. The Blugolds shut out the Falcons 0-2.

HOW IT HAPPENED AGAINST UW-EAU CLAIRE
- The Falcons held the Blugolds scoreless in the first half saving five shots on goal.
- In the second half, the Blugolds got on the board right away scoring in the first two minutes. Emma Stange scored and unassisted goal at 46:47.
- Three minutes after the first goal the Blugolds sealed the deal with a goal by Lauren Talbot. With the goal the Blugolds went up 2-0 and maintained the lead to the end of the match.
- The Blugolds outshot the Falcons 23-4.
- Haley Crosby had nine saves in her ninety minutes of play.
