RIVER FALLS, Wis. (uwrfsports.com) – The Falcon women's soccer team scored a last second goal to lift them over the Blue Devils of UW-Stout Wednesday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED AGAINST UW-STOUT
  • With ten seconds remaining in the match, Mariah Troje fired a pass from Maggie Koehler to the back of the net to give the Falcons a 1-0 win. 
  • The Falcons carried the shot advantage leading in the first half 7-5 and then 10-6 in the second half.  Each team had seven shots on goal. 
  • Mariah Troje led the offense with four shots total and two on goal including the game winning shot. 
  • Haley Crosby had seven saves in her ninety minutes of play.
