Box Score 2 RIVER FALLS, Wis. (uwrfsports.com) – The UW-River Falls women's volleyball team split their two matchups on the second day of the UWRF Invite. In their first match, the Falcons battled Northwester-St.Paul, but fell short, losing 1-3 (25-18, 25-27, 30-32). The second match of the day against UW-Superior added one to the win column for the Falcons (25-15, 25-16, 25-21).

HOW IT HAPPENED AGAINST NORTHWESTERN-ST. PAUL
- The Falcons lost to Northwestern-St. Paul in four games, (25-18, 25-27, 14-25, 30-32).

- Karli Nielsen led the Falcons with 17 kills and hit .552 in 29 attempts. .

- The Falcons won their second match of the day, 3-0 (25-15, 25-15, 25-21).

- Katie Koerper led the Falcons offensively with 11 kills; overall hitting .375.
- Sarah Langlois hit .600 (10 kills, 15 TA) and Karli Nielsen, Mallory Griffin, and Dakotah Poitra added 8 kills each.
- Hailey Huseth recorded 43 assists and added 2 aces and 8 digs
- As a team, the Falcons recorded 48 digs and 7 blocks.
