OSHKOSH, Wis. – The UW-River Falls women's soccer team finished the 2021 season with a 0-1 overtime loss to UW-Oshkosh.
After a full regulation game, neither team had found the back of the goal leaving the score 0-0.
The Titans scored the game winning goal in the 95
th minute on a three yard header off of the corner kick.
The Titans held the offensive advantage with 17 shots on goal compared to the Falcons single shot. Oshkosh had eleven corner kick opportunities and the Falcons had three.
Falcon goalkeeper
Kaylie Krueger made 16 saves in goal.
Gretchen Hanson had the lone shot on goal for the Falcons.
The Falcons finish the season with a 6-11-2 record overall.
