GLOUCESTER, Mass. – 15 student-athletes from the UW-River Falls men's and women's hockey teams have been selected by the American Hockey Coaches Association (AHCA) as Krampade/AHCA All-American Scholars, released July 28, 2023.
Five UWRF men recognized for the award, while 10 from the women's team were tabbed for the honor.
To be eligible for the Krampade/AHCA Academic All-American Scholar program, student-athletes must maintain at least a 3.75 grade point average in each semester and have appeared in at least 40 percent of the season's total games. Exceptions were granted to injured players and back-up goaltenders.
