The UW-River Falls men's soccer program is set to open its 2024 season, hosting Crown College at Ramer Soccer Stadium on Aug. 30. The match will mark the program's first official regular season game.

FALCON NOTES
- The UWRF men's soccer program embarks on its inaugural season as a varsity sport. The Falcons roster includes 10 upperclassmen and 17 freshman newcomers.
- The contest between UWRF and Crown College includes two head coaches making their debuts with their respective teams.
- Falcons head coach Evan Sassano leads the UWRF men's soccer team after spending three previous season as the lead assistant coach at the University of St. Thomas, where the Tommies transitioned from Division III to the first ever Division I men's soccer program in Minnesota.
- UWRF is one of three new programs competing in the Wisconsin Intercolleigate Athletic Conference (WIAC) in the conference's first year of men's soccer since the 2014 season. The conference will be eligible for an automatic NCAA postseason bid.
