PLATTEVILLE, Wis. – The UW-River Falls men's soccer team wrapped up its 2025 season Tuesday with a 0-6 loss at UW-Platteville in the WIAC Tournament first round.
The Pioneers scored five first-half goals and added one late. Sophomore goalkeeper Jaden Mendias made four saves in relief, while senior Josh Bates earned the start in his final collegiate match.
The Falcons tallied three shots in the second half, including attempts from Chris Perez, Elliott Elton, and Oscar Moline.
Competing in just their second season, UWRF earned back-to-back WIAC postseason appearances, continuing to build a strong foundation for the program.
