ST. PAUL, Minn. - The UW-River Falls women's tennis team had a pair of matches on Saturday, defeating the University of Northwestern 4-3 before falling 7-0 at St. Catherine University.
UWRF's record this spring improves to 2-1 while the 2024-25 overall record moves to 5-10.
During the first match of the day against Northwestern, the Falcons and Eagles were knotted at 3-3 until UWRF earned the game-winning point at No. 6 singles as
Emma Yanish won the third-set tiebreaker 10-8.
