UWRF Cross Country announces 2025 schedule

RIVER FALLS, Wis. — UW-River Falls Cross Country Head Coach Meaghan Koski today announced the official men's and women's 2025 cross country schedule.

The Falcons are set to compete in four regular season meets, starting off the season with the team's home invitational. UWRF will host the River Town Invitational at the Prescott High School Cross Country Course in Prescott, Wisconsin on Friday, September 12.

River Falls will travel to Oshkosh for the Titan Fall Classic, before competing at the Blugold Invitational in Colfax. The Falcons will conclude the regular season in Rock Island, Illinois, competing at the Augustana Interregional.

The 2025 WIAC Championships will take place in Oshkosh at the Moore's Field of Dreams on Nov. 1. The Falcons are coming off the 2024 WIAC Championships, in which UWRF recorded its fastest team average in the women's 6k since 2017 and the fastest team average in the men's 8k since 2016. UWRF's 190 points in the women's 6k was the best team point total since 2018.

The Falcons will continue the postseason at the NCAA North Regionals, set to take place in Colfax on Nov. 15. Qualifying athletes will be eligible to compete at the NCAA Cross Country Championships on Nov. 22 in Spartanburg, South Carolina.
