RIVER FALLS, Wis. — The No. 1-ranked UW-River Falls women's hockey team closed out its three-game homestand in dominant fashion on Saturday afternoon at Hunt Arena, defeating UW-Stevens Point 8-0 to sweep the Pointers on Senior Day.

The Falcons, now 23-1 overall and 10-1 in the WIAC, conclude the regular season next Saturday, Feb. 21 at UW-Eau Claire with the WIAC regular season title on the line.
