Jacob Balcome – Men's Track & Field (Jr., Alexandria, Minn.)

At the WIAC Outdoor Championships, hosted by UW-La Crosse May 1-2, Balcome became a back-to-back conference champion in the decathlon, totaling 7,158 points to record the second-highest mark in WIAC men's outdoor championship history. He earned event wins in the 1,500-meter run (4:29.04), javelin throw (47.62m), pole vault (4.40m), and shot put (12.75m), along with runner-up finishes in the high jump (1.89m) and 400-meter dash (50.46).

Avery Watzke – Women's Lacrosse (Jr., Hutchinson, Minn.)

Watzke led the Falcons across a pair of WIAC Tournament games, totaling nine points on six goals and three assists over the weekend. She recorded six points on three goals and three assists in the semifinal win over UW-La Crosse to help send the Falcons to the championship game, including the game-winning goal. Across the two contests, Watzke was a perfect 4-for-4 on free-position shot attempts. She followed that performance with three goals in Sunday's title game against Colorado College.
