Trey Meadows

Trey Meadows was named the UW-River Falls head men's and women's cross country coach in August of 2020. He also serves as an assistant coach for the Falcon track and field programs.
 
Meadows came to UWRF with over a decade of experience coaching cross country and track and field at the collegiate level. He served as an assistant coach at North Central University (MN) from 2004-06 before being named head cross country/assistant track and field coach in 2006. In 2016, he also took on the head coaching duties for the Ram’s track and field program. Following his time at North Central University, Meadows coached cross country and track and field at the high school level.
 
Meadows earned a bachelor’s degree in mass communications from North Central University, where he was also a four-year member of the cross country and track and field programs. He also earned a master’s degree in applied kinesiology from the University of Minnesota.
