Sibley is a native of Monticello, Minn., and played high school hockey for the North Wright County Riverhawks, leading her team to the State Tournament her senior year. In high school she was named to the All-Conference team, and voted as her team’s top forward. Her senior year she scored 37 goals, and 27 assists, for 64 points. She is the daughter of Derek and Jamie Sibley, she has two brothers and one sister, and she is majoring in Elementary Education.
