Summary

Biography

Heather Horgen begins her fourth year and is a senior for the 2011-12 Falcons. She is from Grand Rapids, Minn., and played for the Grand Rapids–Greenway Lighting. She was a captain of her team her junior and senior years and was chosen to the all-state Pioneer Press team. She was also a National Development Player her senior year making the trip to Lake Placid, N.Y. As a Falcon she has played both defense and forward. Last year she played defense and finished the year with two goals and five assists. She was also named to the WIAC Scholastic Honor Roll. This year she will be one of the team’s co-captains. She is the daughter of Rodney and Judy Horgen, she has one brother and is majoring in biology, with a minor in animal science.
