Katelyn Nichols

Katelyn Nichols, a UWRF alumna, joined the Falcon Volleyball coaching staff prior to the 2026 season.

Nichols returned to River Falls after spending the 2025 season as a graduate assistant coach at Iowa Lakes Community College. She began her collegiate playing career at Southwest Minnesota State University, where she competed for three seasons before transferring to UWRF in 2023.

During her senior season with the Falcons, Nichols was the only player to start all 30 matches and led the team with 105 total blocks. 

In addition to her collegiate playing and coaching experience, Nichols has coached club volleyball throughout her career.
