Box Score Alex Swatloski scored two goals this evening at Bethel University in the 2-1 win for UWRF. The win moves the Falcons to 3-5 on the season.
The first goal of the game came at 47:50 when Swatloski scored off of the assist by
Jenna Marier. It was Marier's first point of the season. Swatloski scored at 74:47 when
Nina Abrahamson found her for the assist. Swatloski now has five goals on the season. She also led the Falcons with four shots on goal in the game.
Alyssa Manor was second with three shots on goal.
Bethel would score at 83:51 in the second half. UWRF would hang on and get the win with Rebecca Kramer playing a strong game in net. She had eight saves and allowed one goal in the game.
UWRF had 11 shots on goal in the game compared to Bethel's nine. Both teams had 17 total shots in the game. The first half belonged to UWRF with ten shots compared to four. Bethel bounced back with 13 shots compared seven in the second half. The Falcons had four corner kicks in the game and Bethel had three.
UWRF will be in action again Wednesday evening at St. Olaf College with the game set to start at 4 p.m.Â
