Winona, Minn. - (uwrfsports.com) - The UW-River Falls tennis team traveled to Winona, MN to take on St. Mary's on Tuesday afternoon. Hannah Andress and Karli Helland won their doubles match but it wasn't enough as the Falcons fell 8-1 to St. Mary's.

SINGLES
- In the No. 1 singles match Brittany Asfeld fell 6-2, 6-0.
- Molly Deering fell in No. 2 singles, 6-0, 6-0.
- Krista Haglund fell in No. 3 singles 6-0, 6-1.
- Hannah Andress fell in No. 4 singles 6-0, 6-0.
- In the No. 5 singles Delanie Otto fell 6-0, 6-1.
- Karli Helland came back after dropping her first set 6-3, and won the second set 7-5. In the tie breaker she fell 10-5.
DOUBLES
- The Falcons fell 8-0 and 8-1 in doubles 1 and 2.
- Hannah Andress and Karli Helland battled in a tight match up and won No. 3 doubles, 9-8, taking the tie breaker 7-5.
LOOKING AHEAD
The Falcons will host St. Catherine University on Saturday April 7th out at the Ramer Field Tennis Courts, matches start at 12pm.
