RIVER FALLS, Wis. (uwrfsports.com) – The UW-River Falls men's basketball team hosted UW-Superior on Thursday and cruised to a 98-72 win. The Falcons had a solid first half, shooting 61.8 percent. They went on a 9-0 run midway through the half. The Falcons continued their strong play in the second half, never allowing Superior to get within 17 points.

WHAT HAPPENED
- The Falcons shot 61.8 percent in the first half, hitting 21-34 shots. Noah Hanson went 6-6 from the floor, 5-5 from beyond the arc, claiming 17 total first half points. He also grabbed six rebounds in the half.
- Hanson played 19 minutes in the first half. Jack Stensgard played 17 minutes and contributed seven points and three blocks in the half.
- The Falcons shot 61.8 percent from the floor overall and 61.5 percent from behind the arc, hitting 8-13 three-pointers.
- UWRF went into half time with a 17-point lead, 51-34.
