Mankato, Minn. (uwrfsports.com) The UW-River Falls track teams competed in the Ted Nelson Classic at MSU-Mankato this weekend.

 
Men's Highlights:

• Andre Malinis, Jayden Lister, Cody Hawkins, Alan Hehr, Caleb Venke, and Justin Hill all competed in the 60 Meter Dash preliminaries; however, missed qualifying for the finals.
• Freshman Jayden Lister finished 36 overall in the 200 Meter with a time of 23:72.  Andre Malinis, Adam Kasper, Alan Hehr, Collin Fluno, and Caleb Venke also competed in the 200 Meter Dash.
• Senior Adam Kasper finished 10th overall with a time of 1:25.02 in the 600 Meter Run. 
• Zach Jacoby competed in the Mile Run and finished with a time of 6:03.55.
• Freshman Joe Lezetto and Sophomore Adam Jacobi competed in the 3000 Meter Run and finished with times of 10:32.48 and 10:56.41 respectively.
• Alan Hehr also competed n the 60 Meter Hurdles, just missing qualifying for the finals with a time of 9:11.
• Adam Kasper (SR), Jayden Lister (FR), Caleb Venke (FR), and Alan Hehr (JR) competed in the 4 x 400 Meter Relay, finishing 14th overall with a time of 3:38.00.
• The men had a second relay team competing in the 4 x 400, Cody Hawkins (SO), Collin Fluno (FR) and sophomores Brady Balts and Leo Pittsley, finishing with a time of #:48.29
• Cody Hawkins and Justin Hill competed in the Pole Vault finishing with vaults of 3.83m and 3.38m respectively.
• Competing in the Long Jump were Brady Balts, Justin Hill, and Collin Fluno, with their best jumps at 5.28m, 5.23m, and 4.93m respectively.
• Collin Fluno threw Shotput, finishing with a final distance of 9.27m (30-05.00).
