River Falls, Wis. (uwrfsports.com) – The UW-River Falls softball hosted UW-Oshkosh at home on Sunday afternoon.

WHAT HAPPENED IN GAME 1
- The Falcons were quiet offensively until the bottom of the 5th inning, accumulating just two hits through four innings.
- UWO generated two runs on three hits in the top of the 3rd inning and added one run off one hit in the top of the 4th inning.
- River Falls woke up the bats in the bottom of the 5th inning, scoring two runs on 4 hits, including singles by Allison Kondzela, Molly Kaspar, Hannah Theobald and Tayler Fall.
- The Titans added two runs in the top of the 6th off three hits, including a double to centerfield by Tupa.
- UWRF responded with three hits of their own, driving in one run in the bottom of the 6th. Noelle Senour, Rebecca Daley, and Kondzela contributed with singles.
- Despite giving up two walks in the top of the 7th, the Falcons were able to hold the Titans to no runs in the inning.
- The Falcons gave themselves a chance in the bottom of the 7th when Theobald lead off with a walk and advanced to second base. Fall followed with a single to centerfield. Unfortunately, it wasn't quite enough as the UWRF left two runners in scoring position.
WHAT HAPPENED IN GAME 2
- UWO got on the board first in the top of the first, scoring one run on one hit.
- The Falcons answered with two hits of their own in the inning, also scoring one run. Theobald singled and Lexi Dupee doubled in the inning.
- The Titans scored 5 runs in the top of the 4th inning on two hits, including a 3-run homerun by Tupa.
- Oshkosh added three more runs in the top of the 5th on two hits, including a 3-run homerun by Budzinski.
- The game ended in five innings and the Falcons ended with one run on five hits.
