Box Score 2 RIVER FALLS, Wis. (uwrfsports.com) – The UW-River Falls women's volleyball team won both of their games on the opening day of the home invite. In their first match, the Falcons beat Northland College, 3-0 (25-16, 25-10, 25-13). The second match of the day also resulted in a win against St. Catherine's University, 3-1 (22-25, 26-24, 25-23, 25-18).

HOW IT HAPPENED AGAINST NORTHLAND COLLEGE
- The Falcons beat Norhland in three games, (25-16, 25-10, 25-13).

- Sarah Langlois led the Falcons with 10 kills and hit .529 in 17 attempts. .
- Katie Koerper added 6 kills in 13 attempts, hitting .385 Karli Nielsen hit .333 with 5 kills in 12 attempts.

- The Falcons also won their second match of the day, 3-1 (25-22, 26-24, 23-25, 25-18).
- Overall the Falcons hit .372 with 58 kills in 156 attempts.
- Mallory Griffin led the Falcons offensively with 17 kills; overall hitting .375.
- Katie Koerper hit .361 (16 kills, 36 TA) and Karli Nielsen had 10 kills in 17 total attacks (.471).
- Hailey Huseth recorded 45 assists and added 2 aces and 6 digs
- As a team, the Falcons recorded 61 digs with Dakotah Poitra and Hannah Robb finishing with 14 each.
THE OPPOSITION
