HOW IT HAPPENED AGAINST UW-SUPERIOR
- Callie Hoff started thing off for the Falcons with the first goal of the game coming at 18:18 in the first period. Hoff was unassisted making it her 13th goal of the season
- The Falcons continued their lead in the second with a goal from Alyson Niebur. She was assisted on the goal from both Kathryn Larson and Kiana Gilbraith.
- Yellowjacket's Amanda Sergent and Kaleigh Marinson each scored a goal tying the game at two a piece with 5:10 left to go in the third period.
- The Falcons were able to keep the game tied through the over time making it a Falcons win!
- The Falcons outshot the Yellowjackets 32-28. Bella Wagner lead with 7 shots on goal.
- Sami Miller stopped 30 of 32 shots.
LOOKING AHEAD
The Falcons will travel to UW-Eau Claire on Saturday, March 7 for the O'Brien Cup Championship with time to be determined.
