RIVER FALLS, Wis. (uwrfsports.com) – The UW-River Falls women's track team as well as
Samantha Krueger have been awarded United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCA) 2020 NCAA Division III All-Academic Accolades. Krueger was one of 477 women to earn a spot on the All-Academic Team.
Krueger ranked 43
rd overall in the Division III standings for the 60 hurdles. She ran a 9.06 at the 2020 WIAC Championships finishing 5th.
To qualify for the USTFCCCA All-Academic Track & Field Team, the student-athlete must have compiled a cumulative grade point average of 3.30 and met at least one of the following athletic standards: have either competed in an NCAA Indoor Championship or finished the regular season ranked in the national top 50 of an individual event or in the national top 35 of a relay event on the official NCAA Descending Order list.
The Falcons finished the year with a 3.568 team gpa to claim the All-Academic Team recognition.
