RIVER FALLS, Wis. – The UW-River Falls women's soccer team fell 5-1 versus UW-Eau Claire at Ramer Soccer Stadium during its final regular season game at home.

Aliviah McClinton opened the scoring just over five minutes into the contest, the Blugolds responded with five unanswered goals to earn a WIAC road win.
McClinton's third goal of the season was assisted by
Alexis Peterson - her team-leading sixth assist on the year.
UWEC tied the game around the 17th minute and scored another three in to take a demanding 4-1 lead into halftime. The Blugolds peppered UWRF goalkeeper

The Blugolds didn't relent in the second half, out-shooting the Falcons 12-3 while UWRF was also limited to zero corner kicks throughout the 90 minutes.
A physical match also led to three UWEC yellow cards, while UWRF also received one.
Krueger made nine saves in goal while her record dropped to 5-7-1 on the season. Peterson led the Falcons' offense with two shots on goal.
The Falcons will travel to Ripon College on Wednesday, Oct. 27 for their final non-conference match of the season.
