RIVER FALLS, Wis. - The University of Wisconsin-River Falls women's soccer team opens its 2021 campaign this Wednesday, Sept. 1 at Hamline University in St. Paul. Kickoff is scheduled for 5:45 p.m.
Missing out on competition last year, the Falcons will have plenty opportunity to play in front of home fans this fall, hosting nine home matches at Ramer Soccer Stadium throughout September.
UWRF hosts Minnesota-Morris for the home opener on labor day at 2 p.m. and the hosts UW-La Crosse for the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference opener on Sept. 29.
In 2019, the Falcons turned in a 10-10-1 overall record, a 2-4-1 mark during WIAC play, and a winning record on their home turf.
Head coach
Sean McKuras enters his 20th season at the helm with an overall record of 163-159-29. UWRF returns eight letterwinners and a pair of starters from the 2019 roster.
