LAST TIME OUT
- The Falcons fell 37-34 at No. 4-ranked Saint John's University last Saturday, Sept. 10 in Collegeville, Minn. UWRF compiled 460 yards of total offense compared to SJU's 379, limiting the Johnnies to 50 rushing yards. The Falcons also went 4-for-4 on red-zone chances and forced a pair of SJU turnovers.
- Sophomore quarterback Kaleb Blaha contributed to 405 yards of UWRF's total offense, completing 26 of 39 passes for 283 yards while rushing for 122. He finished with four touchdowns, three through the air and one rushing. Blaha was also named Male Falcon of the Week.
THE SERIES
- Saturday's matchup marks the fourth meeting between the Falcons and Eagles, with the Falcons holding a 2-1 series advantage.
- The Falcons and Eagles met last season in St. Paul, with UWRF prevailing 71-13. It was a school record for points scored and the 732 yards of total offense was the most since the year 2000.
HOME OPENERS
- UWRF is 3-2 over the past five seasons during home openers at Ramer Field.
Last year, the Falcons downed Elmhurst University 45-7, including three touchdown receptions from wide receiver Andy Groebner.

- The Falcons are ranked No. 17 in this week's D3football.com Top 25 poll. It is the highest D3football.com ranking in program history, which began voting in 2003.
- Through two games, UWRF is tied for first in NCAA Division III with 60 total first downs.
- UWRF ranks among the top-30 in the nation in total offense, passing offense, scoring offense, and rushing defense.
- The Falcons held both Elmhurst and Saint John's to 50 rushing yards or less and ranks 11th nationally with an average of 40.5 rushing yards against.
- Sophomore running back Michael Krueger leads the WIAC and is tied for third nationally with five total touchdowns.
- Kaleb Blaha is the WIAC leader in total offense with 293 yards per game.
