FALCON NOTES

• UWRF remained ranked No. 2 in the USCHO Division III Poll for the fifth consecutive week, collecting 283 points including five first-place votes.
  • The Falcons were picked to finish first in the WIAC Preseason Poll, as voted on by the league's head coaches and sports information directors.
• UWRF swept UW-Stevens Point over the weekend in Stevens Point, Wis., with 4-2 and 3-1 victories after winning 5-1 last Tuesday over St. Scholastica at Hunt Arena.
  • Through three games on the week, junior forward Alex Hantge totaled seven points, tallying three goals at the Pointers and a career-high four assists against St. Scholastica.
  • Hantge was named the Female Falcon of the Week.
• UWRF leads Division III with 107 assists, led by Bailey Olson, Emma Schmitz, and Abigail Stow, who each have 11. The Falcons lead the WIAC and rank sixth nationally with 4.4 goals per game.
• Senior goaltender Sami Miller leads the WIAC with a 1.2 goals against average and a 0.942 save percentage.
• Senior forward Maddie McCollins leads the Falcons with 10 goals (2nd/WIAC).
