SKINNER AND TEAM USA EARN SILVER MEDAL AT WORLD UNIVERSITY GAMES
Junior goaltender Dysen Skinner was selected to and competed for Team USA in the 2023 FISU Winter World University Games Jan. 11-21 in Lake Placid, N.Y. Skinner made two starts in net with 36 saves. Team USA fell to Canada 7-2 in the gold medal game.

FALCON NOTES

• UWRF dropped two games last weekend at No. 10-ranked UW-Stevens Point.
  • Through two games, UWRF had six different goal scorers, led by two points each from Connor McGrath and Peter Grytdahl.
• The Falcons rank second in the WIAC with an average of 29.3 shots on goal per game, led by Noah Ganske's league-leading 4.07 per game.
• Senior forward Mike Gelatt leads the Falcons with 13 points off six goals and seven assists. He scored goals in four consecutive games Dec. 10-Jan. 7.
