  • This season marks the 25th Anniversary of UWRF Women's Hockey, led by head coach Joe Cranston in his 25th season. Cranston ranks first in the WIAC in total wins and winning percentage and ranks fourth all-time in NCAA Division III women's hockey coaches with 461 wins coming into this season.
  • UWRF moved up from No. 3 to No. 2 in this week's USCHO Division III poll, receiving 267 points.
  • The Falcons rank first in DIII with 6.3 goals per game, 57 goals, 148 total points, a five-goal scoring margin, and a 0.387 power play percentage.
  • UWRF's 9-0 start to the season is the program's best since the 2010-11 season in which the Falcons opened the season with 13 consecutive wins.
  • Fifth-year senior forward Maddie McCollins is the DIII leader with 2.8 points per game, leading the team with 25 points off nine goals and 16 assists. She's coming off a six-point game with a goal and a career-high five assists last week against Adrian College.
  • Senior goaltender Jordan O'Connor has started in eight of nine games this season and leads the WIAC with a .930 save percentage and a 1.44 goals against average.
