RIVER FALLS, Wis. — The UW-River Falls women's soccer team heads into the week ready to host Carleton on Oct. 23 and UW-Oshkosh on Oct. 26.
This week's slate of games are the first of four consecutive home matches to close out the 2024 regular season. The Falcons enter the week with a record of 7-6-2 overall and 2-3 in WIAC play, coming off losses to UW-Eau Claire and UW-La Crosse last week.

FALCONS NOTES
- With seven wins so far this season, the Falcons have eclipsed last year's win total and are two victories away from tying their nine wins in 2022.
- As a team, UWRF ranks third in the WIAC with 1.733 goals scored per game.
- Goalkeeper Grace Zellmer ranks first in the WIAC in shutouts (5), save percentage (.832), saves (84), and saves per game (6.00). Zellmer was named WIAC Defensive Player of the Week (10/7-10/13).
- Sophomore Ellie Ketcher leads the Falcons in shots (33) and goals (4). Madyson Shew is also tied for the team lead in goals with four.
- Senior Elizabeth Felty has scored two goals for the Falcons this year, both of which were game-winners. She is tied for second in the WIAC in game-winning goals.
