The No. 2-ranked UWRF women's hockey team continues its rivalry with Gustavus Adolphus College tomorrow night, traveling to face the No. 5-ranked Golden Gusties in Saint Peter, Minn.

AGAINST THE GUSTIES
- Tuesday's game marks the 54th all-time meeting between UW-River Falls and Gustavus, with the Gusties leading the series 27-22-4.
- The Falcons and Gusties faced off earlier this season on Nov. 12 at Hunt Arena, with UWRF prevailing 5-3.
- UWRF trailed 3-0 late in the second period and responded with five unanswered goals, including three goals in six minutes as Bailey Olson scored the game-winner at 16:28 of the third period.

- The Falcons are ranked No. 2 in this week's USCHO.com and DIII Hockey News national polls.
- UWRF's NCAA Division III record 40-game overall unbeaten streak came to an end on Sunday, Dec. 8 during a 3-1 loss at No. 4-ranked Adrian College in Adrian Mich.Â
- The Falcons split the weekend series against the Bulldogs, winning the opening game on Saturday by a score of 4-2.Â
- During UWRF's season-opening win over CSB, UWRF extended its winning streak to 32 games dating back to last season, breaking a NCAA Division III record for overall winning streak, besting Middlebury's record of 31 set from 2021-22.Â
- With the Nov. 15 draw against UW-Stevens Point, UWRF broke another Division III record for overall unbeaten streak at 36 consecutive games. The streak bests Plattsburgh State's unbeaten run from 2006-07.
- Megan Goodreau is UWRF's leading scorer with 19 points (6 goals, 13 assists) and is the DIII national leader with 1.9 points per game.
- Katherine Bell's 10 goals is tied for the most in the nation.
- UWRF's scoring offense is the best in the country with an average of 5.7 goals per game.Â
