RIVER FALLS, Wis. — The UW-River Falls Men's Basketball team is set to return to action at Page Arena this week, hosting UW-Eau Claire on Wednesday, January 29.
The Falcons enter the game with a record of 7-11 overall and 1-6 in WIAC play. The game will be a rematch of a matchup from earlier in January, when UWRF defeated UWEC on the road 67-65.

FALCON NOTES
- The Falcons are coming off an 81-68 loss at UW-Oshkosh last Saturday. Zac Johnson recorded a season-high 26 points off 45% shooting from the field and 50% shooting from three-point range.
- The Falcons and Blugolds previously met on 1/11/25 in Eau Claire, Wis. UWRF won 67-65, in a tightly-contested matchup that saw nine lead changes, with neither team leading by double-figures for more than one possession. Jack Leifker led UWRF with 23 points, while Zac Johnson added 20.
- Zac Johnson leads the Falcons with 16.6 points per game, a mark that ranks third among all WIAC players.
- The Falcons are allowing 65.7 points per game to opponents, which is the second best average in the WIAC. UWRF also limits its opponents to 40.8% shooting from the field, the best of any WIAC team.
- UWRF's +3.4 rebounding margin is second best in the conference.
