RIVER FALLS, Wis. — UW-River Falls Athletics has announced updates to its game day policies to ensure safety, accessibility, and an enjoyable experience for all fans during the 2025-26 athletics season.
Online Ticketing
- Admission to all UWRF Athletics home events for the 2025-26 season will be sold exclusively online.
- This fully digital approach, powered by our ticketing partner VBO Tickets, ensures faster, more secure service, and streamlines gate entry with QR-code scanning. Gameday staff will be on-site to assist with scanning and troubleshooting as needed.
- UWRF faculty and staff can receive 20% off discounted single-game tickets using the 'single sign-on' feature.
Service and Emotional Support Animal Policy (All UWRF Athletic Events)
- Service animals are welcome throughout all athletic facilities in accordance with ADA guidelines. However, emotional support animals and pets are not permitted at athletic events or facilities unless approved through a formal accommodation process. Violations may result in removal from the venue.
Tailgating and Parking Policy (Football Only)
- Tailgating is allowed in Pay Lot 3 starting 4 hours before kickoff and must conclude 2 hours after the game. Only one vehicle per space is permitted. Propane and gas grills are allowed; charcoal and open flames are not. All fans are expected to clean up and behave responsibly. Parking is $10 for single vehicles and $25 for RVs/oversized vehicles.
No Readmittance Policy (Football Only)
- Once a ticket is scanned for entry, there is no re-entry allowed. This policy applies to all fans, including students and guests. Exceptions for medical or accessibility reasons must be arranged with stadium staff at entry. The policy aims to enhance safety and streamline operations.
Gameday Alcohol Sales (Football Only)
- UWRF Athletics is proud to partner with Chartwells to offer beer and wine for purchase in the Smith Stadium tailgate area during all UWRF football games.
- Beer and wine sales will be available in the Smith Stadium tailgate area when gates open until the end of the third quarter.
