Brennan Boynton – Men's Hockey (Sr., Champlin, Minn./Champlin Park)

Boynton helped the Falcons snap a losing skid with a 33-save shutout at the College of St. Scholastica on Saturday, Jan. 10 in Duluth, Minn., recording his first shutout of the season and the third of his career. Boynton and UWRF turned away a pair of St. Scholastica power play chances while earning their first shutout victory on the year.

Alexa Niccum – Women's Hockey (So., Orono, Minn./Orono)

Niccum led the top-ranked Falcons to a pair of road wins on the week at St. Kate's and No. 8-ranked Gustavus, totaling six points with two goals and four assists. At St. Kate's on Wednesday, Jan. 7, she totaled four points with a goal and three assists and followed up with a goal and an assist at Gustavus on Saturday, Jan. 10, including the game-winning goal on the power play.
