The UW-River Falls men's and women's track and field teams will compete at the St. Olaf Invite & Multi, a two-day meet hosted by St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minn. The meet will begin Friday evening and will conclude Saturday.
The Falcons enter the weekend following a strong early-season showing at the UWEC/UWRF Dual & Alumni Meet, where both squads recorded event victories, personal records, and performances that landed athletes on the program's all-time lists.
Friday's action includes the men's pole vault and weight throw, the women's weight throw, and the men's and women's 5,000 meters, along with the opening stages of the heptathlon and pentathlon. Competition will resume Saturday with a full schedule of field events beginning in the morning and track events running throughout the day.
