MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. – D3hoops.com released its 2025-26 Women's Basketball All-Region teams this week, with UW-River Falls senior Zoey Buchan earning All-Region 9 Third Team honors.

A senior guard from Johnston, Iowa, Buchan wrapped up an outstanding Falcon career this season, helping lead UW-River Falls to one of its most successful seasons in recent history, including a return to the NCAA Division III Women's Basketball Tournament.

Buchan finished the 2025-26 season averaging 14.6 points, 2.6 assists, and 2.9 rebounds per game while serving as the key offensive leader for the Falcons.

Over the course of her career in River Falls, Buchan totaled 1,203 career points, finishing 10th all-time in program history. She also established herself as one of the top perimeter shooters in Falcon history, knocking down 177 career three-pointers, the second-most in program history.

Throughout her time with the Falcons, Buchan earned multiple conference and academic honors while consistently ranking among the team's top scorers and playmakers.
