Taylor Germain is in his third season with the men's basketball coaching staff in 2022-21.
Germain, a native of Somerset, Wis., attended UW-River Falls and was a member of the Men's Basketball team during the 2003-04 season. Germain earned his bachelor’s degree in conservation from UWRF in 2008.Â
Germain has been involved in coaching basketball at the youth and high school levels since 2008. Most recently Germain was the varsity boys’ basketball coach at Somerset High School from 2015-2019.Â

Germain is involved with the Falcon recruiting efforts, scouting, perimeter player development and will direct the Falcon basketball camps.
Taylor resides in Somerset with his wife Krista and daughter Kate.
