Tim Walton is in his 13th season with the men's basketball coaching staff in 2022-23.
Walton, originally from the Chicago south suburbs, attended Winona State University where he was a football and basketball letter winner. He most recently was the head basketball coach at Park of Cottage Grove High School for 14 seasons. In 2004, he was named the Section 3A Coach of the Year and in 2010 he was named an Educational All Star in school District 833. He is currently teaching physical education at Park High School where he is an assistant football and softball coach.
Walton plays a major role in practice planning, scouting, post player development and directs the Falcon Big Man Camp in June.
Tim and his wife, Amy, reside in Cottage Grove, Minn., with their daughters, Adeline and Edith.
