University of Wisconsin-River Falls

AJ Bucchino returns to the Falcons for his fifth season as an assistant coach in 2017-18. 
 

Bucchino, a White Plains, N.Y. native, was a goalie at UWRF from 2005-07.  He is a two-time AHCA All-American and still holds several goaltending records.  He played junior hockey at Des Moines of the USHL and also played one season at the University of New Hampshire before transferring to UWRF.  Bucchino played professional hockey for four seasons in the East Coast Hockey League, the Central Hockey League and the Southern Professional Hockey League.

He earned his undergraduate degree from UWRF and currently lives in St. Paul, Minn., with his wife, Danielle.
