University of Wisconsin-River Falls

Grace Petersen is from Joliet, Illinois and is the daughter of Mark & Lisa Petersen.  Grace transferred to UWRF to start her sophomore year as a Falcon and will be finishing up her undergraduate career this spring. Grace has been on the academic Dean’s List every semester here at UWRF and was named as an All-America Scholar-Athlete. At UWRF Grace is in the Honors Program, Treasurer for The International Honor Society in Psychology (Psi Chi) & Psychological Sciences Club, the Volunteer Coordinator of UWRF’s Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC), a Peer Mentor & Teaching Assistant in the Psychological Sciences Department, a Member of the National Student Speech Language Hearing Association and works in the UWRF Admissions office as a Falcon Guide.

Why UWRF? UWRF had everything that I was looking for; it not only allowed me to pursue both of my intended degrees, but also provided me with the opportunity to continue playing the sport that I love.
